This class focuses on baking treats that are perfect for tea time. Smaller in scale, these baked goods are perfect recipes for snacks or any time you need small bites.
You will bake your own batches of bite-sized sweet and savory goodies in this all-day class. We will host a tea for the the La Veta community at the end of the day where the day's baking will be shared.
Methods covered include vegan cake baking, high-altitude adjustments, pie dough from scratch and much more!
Your instructor, Mary Beth Yates is entirely self-trained through reading, practicing, talking to other baking enthusiasts, taking online classes and eating every sweet in sight. 
As a resident of Santa Fe, New Mexico since 2015, she has learned high-altitude and basic vegan baking. Mary Beth loves to bake in community and share her knowledge and baked goods with others. She looks forward to learning from and sharing with you soon.
